Balancing work, life and family as a business owner is sometimes difficult. However, the exhilaration I get from supporting our team to achieve more, both individually and collectively, is how I have found so much enjoyment from our business. Starting out as a successful salesperson, I had the opportunity to buy a small shareholding that has now increased and in doing so, I’ve learnt management and leadership skills to help me grow as a business owner to really run a successful but, as always, challenging.

Brand Awareness

Ray White is proud to have been involved in the New Zealand real estate industry since 1993. In the first instance, we were known as United Realty; in 1997, our brand introduced Ray White through a combined brand presence known as Ray White United. In late 1998 the company transitioned to the Ray White brand through the identification of Ray White and the industry identifier ‘real estate’. Today Ray White is the preeminent brand for real estate. Consistency in our pillars with alignment to the brand sees us provide structure around agency, property and our people. Our services provided in sales, property management, commercial and rural all combine Ray White to be known across New Zealand as an effective market leader through our brand presence.
