Balancing work, life and family as a business owner is sometimes difficult. However, the exhilaration I get from supporting our team to achieve more, both individually and collectively, is how I have found so much enjoyment from our business. Starting out as a successful salesperson, I had the opportunity to buy a small shareholding that has now increased and in doing so, I’ve learnt management and leadership skills to help me grow as a business owner to really run a successful but, as always, challenging.
Ray White launched in New Zealand in 1993 as part of the Ray White International group. During that time our business has grown exponentially, with the ability to educate and allow the next generation to share in leadership ambition and growth which in turn allows us to build a company that provides a challenging and economic rewarding business that shapes our company today and into the future.
The next leader story is integral to our success and is a significant reason why we are the pre-eminent real estate business in New Zealand.

Ray White is proud to have been involved in the New Zealand real estate industry since 1993. In the first instance, we were known as United Realty; in 1997, our brand introduced Ray White through a combined brand presence known as Ray White United.
